A manifest is a list of what’s supposed to be inside the pallet — item names, and sometimes original retail prices. Not every pallet comes with one, but it removes a lot of guesswork when it does.
What’s the difference between returns and overstock?
Returns are items sent back by customers, which may show wear or missing packaging. Overstock is unsold new inventory a retailer needs to clear — generally the higher-condition option.
